Development, testing and validation LYMFASIM - a micro-simulation model for lymphatic filariasis transmission and control in collaboration with Department of Public Health, Erasmus University Rotterdam Quantified and validated LYMFASIM model parameters for Pondicherry situation LYMFASIM applied to assess the prospects of elimination with different treatment strategies Adapted and quantified LYMFASIM to describe the observed epidemiological patterns in Tamil Nadu Used the model to assess and compare the prospects of elimination by MDA with DEC or ivermectin
